Baby lead weaning is a great way how to introduce your little one to the joys of food. And it’s great for parents who are a bit too lazy to make all those purees and just want to eat the same things as their kids do.

Personally, I don’t like giving my child anything that I wouldn’t eat. And I don’t enjoy a lot of purees from store. They taste terrible. Why should mu baby like them then?

So I enjoy collecting fun recipes for baby lead weaning meals. They are cute, taste good, and usually don’t require a lot of time to prepare. Below you’ll find 12 recipes collected on Instagram. Enjoy!

Here they are my “Sweet P’cranny bars” Made with all organic and natural ingredients. If you’ve had the PC organic oat bars then you’ll know these are pretty close but better because there made by YOU! 2 cups oat flour 1 mashed sweet potato 🍠 1 grated carrot🥕 4 very small (or 2 large) grated apples 🍎 2 mashed ripe bananas (or 1/2 cup apple sauce) 1/4 cup dried cranberries (*soak in warm water for about 10 minutes) 3 TBS chia seeds 1 TBS cinnamon 2 TSP agave syrup 1/4 cup avocado oil (or coconut oil) 1/2 TSP baking powder 1 TSP starch (tapioca, potato) Splash of vanilla Pinch of salt If you have a food processor use the grated attachment for all the fruits and veggies. Pretty quick to do, if not a box grater will do just fine. Add 🍠,🥕,🍎, 🍌 to a large bowl. Give this a mix until combined. Then add in your CHOPPED cranberries, avocado oil, agave syrup, splash of vanilla and mix. In another bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, starch, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt. Whisk together. Fold your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients until well combined. Spread mixture out in an even layer into a 13 x 9 cake pan or you can use a smaller size baking sheet. Preheat oven to BAKE @ 325 degrees. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes. If firm when touched at the top, but still soft in the middle then you’ll know there ready. They should not break or crumble. Let cool completely! Enjoy 😊😋 A WHOLE FAMILY APPROVED SNACK ✅ #wholefamily #wholefamilyhealth #toddler #toddlerlife #toddlerrecipes #oatbar #oats #oatbars #healthyfood #healthylifestyle #eatwell #babyfoodies #blwideas #babyleadweaning #happytummy #wholesome #wholesomefood #organic #organicbaking #dairyfree #glutenfree #healthykids #healthykidmeals
