And when you have finished your workday, leave the workspace and go to the leisure areas of your home. You don’t want to associate your bed with work meetings, do you?
De-clutter your workspace

It’s based on working for 25 minutes and then taking a 5 minute break. After four stretches of focused work, you can take 15-30 minute break.
It’s so much more easy to focus on a task if you know that you are legally allowed to procrastinate at a certain period of time.
I’d suggest using the breaks to quickly go outside for some fresh air or do quick exercises like jumping jacks. But browsing Instagram is OK too if your brain feels that it is an adequate reward for the focused work you have done.

When working from home, you could just stay in the pajamas all day. But that would also make you feel more relaxed and wouldn’t provide the productive feeling of a work place.
I’m not saying that you have to suit up, but have a morning routine that sets you up for a productive day.
Make your bed. It will give you a feeling of an accomplished task and be a good start for more tasks to be accomplished during the day.
Eat breakfast and wear something other than pajamas. Set yourself in a mindset geared towards work.

Add a few plants and flowers to your home office. Not only do they look nice, but plants can also make you feel more motivated. They brighten up the working environment and decrease stress.
